These terms govern your use of K-Φ, a treasury and financial planning application operated by K-phi Enterprise Kft. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
K-Φ reads accounting data from systems you connect or files you upload, and produces financial statements, cash flow forecasts, key ratios and reports. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business purposes for as long as your subscription is active.
You keep all rights in the data you connect or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to host it, process it and show it back to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
K-Φ reads from your accounting system and does not write to it. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the company you select. You may disconnect at any time, from K-Φ or from within the accounting system itself; disconnecting stops all further access immediately.
K-Φ computes from the data it is given. Where that data is incomplete, misclassified or out of date, the output will reflect it. Forecasts are projections built on assumptions, not predictions, and they will be wrong to some degree.
K-Φ is not accounting, tax, audit, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. Figures should be reviewed before being relied on for a decision, a filing, a lender or a board. You remain responsible for your own financial reporting and for its statutory accuracy.
We do say this: we take correctness seriously, we test against the source systems we read from, and we would rather show you a discrepancy than hide it.
Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, or to resell it as your own without a written agreement with us.
We aim to keep the service available and to warn of planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Features may change; if we remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period chosen. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we have agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. If a fee changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or if required by law, and will tell you why unless prevented from doing so. On closure you may export your data; after that it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including, where they apply, your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
